Include the article title, the sentence or calculation in question, and a source link if you have one. Explain the appliance model or label format only when it is relevant. A clear description helps us check the exact issue.

Protect your private information

Do not send your utility account number, payment details, home address, login information, or an unredacted bill. Energy use, price per kWh, and the relevant tariff wording are enough for most content questions.

What we can help with

We can review errors in our explanations, sources, and calculator arithmetic. We cannot inspect an appliance, diagnose wiring, resolve a supplier billing dispute, or give product-specific repair instructions. Use your supplier for account questions and a qualified professional for faults.
